Shipping and Delivery Policy

PFS Furniture Sales ships AUSTRALIA WIDE via various Furniture Freighters and Couriers.  We endeavor to do so as fast as possible. Shipping prices and delivery times are dependent on the item purchased and location for delivery.

If the item(s) are in-store that you have purchased on-line, you are more than welcome to collect them during Trading Hours. Just ring PFS on 9579 0140 before you do.

Customer Service Policy

PFS Furniture Sales is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy

Refunds & Returns

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
• Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• Is unsafe
• Is significantly different from the sample or description
• Doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

Please keep your proof of purchase.
